Gulf Stream Views Hosts Grand Opening With Only 4 Residences Remaining

Delray Beach’s newest developer, National Realty Investment Advisors (NRIA), introduced their luxury townhome community, Gulf Stream Views on May 20th to South Florida officials and VIP’s with a “Beach Bash” celebration.  The 75 guests were invited to tour one of the oceanfront 4 bedroom, 4611 square feet residences, located at 11501 Old Ocean Blvd. With architecture by Richard Jones and interiors designed by Carrie Leigh Designs, the construction was managed by DMR Construction, a prominent builder of premier real estate based out of Secaucus, NJ.

NRIA founder and President, Rey Grabato and Senior VP of Operations, Glenn La Mattina, welcomed the guests and thanked everyone for their help in bringing their vision for “Modern Beachside Living” to life.  Grabato shared, “the Delray Beach area is a very special community and important to NRIA as we have three unique developments underway, representing a significant percentage of our portfolio.”  Gulf Stream Views’ spacious floor plans feature Club Rooms and rooftop patios for entertaining, in-unit elevators and stunning oceanfront vistas of the community’s private beach.  Certificate of occupancy is expected mid-July.

Paragon Events, founded by Renee Radabaugh, executed the elegant affair where county and city officials (Vice Mayor Robert Weinroth; Commissioner Mack Bernard; and Steven Grant, Mayor of Boynton Beach) joined NRIA leadership to cut the red ribbon to celebrate the Grand Opening event. This was in partnership with Douglas Elliman Real Estate – New York City’s largest luxury brokerage and local representation. Gulf Stream Views enclave of 14 townhomes is conveniently located between Palm Beach and Delray Beach, just 10 minutes from the iconic Atlantic Avenue. Ten of the fourteen residences were sold virtually, pre-construction.  To schedule a preview or learn more about the remaining 4 units priced from $2.1M, call 833.906.9696 or visit
