Patti’s background is solid including 12 years she proudly served in the United States Military. She was active duty for 8 years in the U.S. Air Force and 4 years in the Air National Guard. Her specialty was “Flight Medicine”, that is, she took care of the physicals required for pilots and air traffic controllers. The 4 years she was in the Air National Guard, she handled “Crypto”, or highly secret military information. In that capacity, she was sent to San Antonio, Texas, Plattsburg, NY, Panama City and 16 months overseas to Kunsan, Korea with missions to Egypt, Singapore, Thailand and Korea. “I loved the different cultures,”she said. Patti is proud of her 12 years of military service and with only 8 more, she could have retired. She explained that she was young, not into the retirement knowledge then and was driven to expand Žfinancially. Patti had often vacationed in Boca Raton and already knew once she left the military that her goal was to move to Boca and be involved in Real Estate there. Before long, Patti had built a rapport and had become greatly respected among Realtors in her Lang Realty Company and among other Realtors in the industry for her knowledge of the market, and for making transactions easy and stress free for all parties involved in the transaction.

One of her recent favorite stories involved a past client that wanted to purchase a vacation home in Key West. She wanted Patti to oversee everything for them. Patti researched all available properties, took a quick road trip to the area two weeks prior to meeting her clients and previewed some of the homes, conditions and locations. Then that weekend, Patti showed them roughly 40 properties in two days. She had to schedule showings one after the other which took an insurmountable amount of preparation and coordination with other realtors in that location. Patti said, “I told my clients to wear tennis shoes…and we just kept moving.” In two days she completed a contract for $2,000,000 and successfully closed.
