Original head chef who launched the Meatball Room, Chef Louie, has been joined by John Circharo, who hails from kitchens throughout New York and New Jersey, and Chef Nick DiCarlo, of the acclaimed Pete’s Café Bella Sera in Parkland, Florida.
The 12 kinds of handmade meatballs the chefs make from scratch every day, all day include favorites like the Classic Meatball, Beef Brisket Meatball, Spicy Sicilian, Chicken Pizziola, and the “Spaghetaboutdit”, a classic meatball stuffed with three cheese and fusilli pasta, topped with marinara, shaved parmiagiana cheese and a dab of ricotta – deliciouso!
Meatball Room’s extensive menu also boasts wood fired pizza, calzones, Stromboli, salads and many popular, authentic Tuscan dishes including Bone-In Veal Chop Parmiagiana, Capellini with Shrimp, Chicken Scarpariello, Veal Milanese, Snapper Oreganata, Lobster Ravioli, Fiocchi – pear purse stuffed with four cheese’s topped with homemade Alfredo sauce, and more. Delectable appetizers include Baked Clams Oreganata, Calamari and Scungilli, Brooklyn-style Rice Ball, Eggplant Caprese, Shrimp Scampi, and more.
